Overview
These Terms govern your use of the Wellway Health website, eligibility assessment, checkout, support channels and related services, operated by WellWay Restoring Health Limited Liability Company ("Wellway Health"), 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. By using the website you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them.
Healthcare relationship
Wellway Health is not a medical provider. Medical services are provided by LocumTele, whose licensed nurse practitioners and physician assistants review Wellway Health assessments and write prescriptions. A provider-patient relationship begins only when a licensed provider reviews your information and establishes it. Website content, the assessment, an automated message or a support conversation does not by itself create a provider-patient relationship or guarantee treatment.
No emergency care
Wellway Health is not an emergency service. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room for an emergency.
Eligibility and accurate information
You must be 18 or older and located in a state we serve (see State availability). You agree to give accurate, current and complete information and to update it when it changes.
Provider decisions
A licensed provider decides whether an evaluation, treatment, prescription or follow-up is appropriate. We do not guarantee eligibility, a prescription, a specific product, a particular result or a specific review time.
Pharmacy and medication
Prescriptions are dispensed by VSDH, a state-licensed pharmacy, after a licensed provider issues a valid prescription. Some medications are compounded; compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Follow the pharmacy label and your provider's instructions. Never share prescription medication.
Payments, renewals and cancellations
You're only charged if a licensed provider reviews your assessment and approves treatment, usually within 24–48 hours. If treatment isn't approved, you aren't charged and nothing ships. Plans renew automatically at the same price at the end of each plan period until you cancel. Cancel anytime before your next renewal in your account, by emailing support@getwellwayhealth.com or by calling +1 (561) 584-3197 (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm ET). Refunds are covered in our Refund & shipping policy. Shipped medication can't be returned. If a package is damaged or lost, contact support and we'll make it right.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website unlawfully, submit false information, access another person's account, interfere with the service or copy content without permission.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
